Package trip
If your package provider has cancelled your booking, please speak to your tour operator who will be able to discuss your options, which may include offering you an alternative holiday or arrange a refund for the cost of the package.
If you change your trip dates or destination and have purchased a Single Trip policy, please contact the issuer of your policy to update your trip details. Contact details can be located within your policy wording.
Independently booked trip
If you are unable to use your booked accommodation due to fire, please contact your hotel provider to see if you can postpone or cancel the trip in the first instance. If the hotel provider can’t do either, you will be covered under your travel insurance policy subject to terms and conditions.
Flight only booking
If your flight is cancelled due to the fires you are entitled to a full refund through EU passenger rights.
